Before any company can apply for Brilliant's transportation services, it undergoes verification to meet Brilliant's requirements, including necessary licenses and proper procedures for management, driver recruitment, and vehicle tracking.
Requirements:
Pass Brilliant's review and assessment process.
Hold the licenses required to perform transportation services.
Provide transportation services according to the client’s commercial principles.
Formulate policies and implement procedures for the following matters:
All drivers undergo regular driving health tests (e.g., drug or alcohol tests and disease tests such as AIDS).
Manage driving hours, fatigue risks, and the special dangers of nighttime driving by avoiding driving in high-risk areas at night.
Incident reporting procedures to ensure all incidents are reported to Brilliant, with investigations for major incidents.
Procedures to ensure compliance with speed limits.
Procedures to ensure adherence to designated routes (if specified).
Ability to track vehicle progress and report location when needed.
Documented maintenance processes to ensure vehicles receive necessary maintenance as required.
Ensure the load does not exceed the applicable legal total weight and axle weight limits.
Ensure vehicles have adequate and appropriate safety devices, such as cartons, boxes, etc., to ensure full protection of goods during transportation and cover them with protective material.
The capabilities and equipment required to implement the emergency response plan when necessary.
Standards of Execution:
Track the route status of vehicles and drivers based on the Global Positioning System (GPS).
Conduct risk assessments of the route and take actions to reduce the risk of traffic accidents.
Maintain a documented safety management system.
